Your customer service over 5 calls and agent chats yesterday is so bad, I want to cancel. Your agent cannot do it, is in a loop. I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
