I ask for a supervisor, she put me on hold for more than 20 minutes. Horrible customer service!!!

I was paying $89 to Xfinity for 300mb and rarely clocking over 110mb. I got 6 months for $69 then it goes to $80 for 200mb service. Plugged it in yesterday and was clocking over 130mb just after setting it up
