The store directed me to use on online return form which we tried a week ago but never got an email with the return label

I called customer solutions to try and remain w/Comcast and they wouldn’t negotiate with me. Losing a customer on 8/10 between 10AM & noon, sadly.

I also had issues when I moved to another spot, but thankfully AT&T was just starting fiber optic so I got that and had no problems. Ending up moving again and got stuck with Comcast and started having issues again. Finally said enough and never went back.
