    Yes gurl put a credit on my account.. xfinity really be on some bullshit.. They added a "partial" charge bc I changed my service in the middle of a contract when the rep called me up and specifically told me a month ago it'd be free and I won't see changes until my November bill

    Well the internet's not back yet but I have been saved by myself from 19 days ago. That's when I downloaded a book from #hoopla and then said nah I don't want to read this book. You better believe I'm reading it now. The length of this #comcast outage is still unacceptable.

    @Tochinoshin33 Sorry Mr Nyce and we have Comcast too, but what's been going on? we've experienced problems and things usually go wrong after they do updates. You just never know with this company, but I've contacted them to give me credit for downtime since it's their fault.

    Comcast was “installed“ yesterday but I was unable to register and initiate service but then I remembered to disable my custom DNS settings and that did the trick!

    @ATTHelp I cannot even get your app to load to troubleshoot. I have a brand new phone with decent reception LTE, yet I’m getting only .39 Mbps down and 7.98 up. This coupled with @comcastcares completely down in my area.

    Unbelievable that #comcast has been down for nearly 5 hours with no restoration ETA. Can't work, can't download a new book, can't watch TV or stream - will I be reduced to reading one of Jacob's history or *gasp* polisci books?

    @Xfinity my service is down for the 7th time in 4 days. It was annoying over the weekend. But during the week when everyone is trying to WFH, it's unacceptable. Just got kicked off of an important call... Your techs have been "working on it" for 4 days. WTF

    @comcast @comcastcares bill went up 11% in January. Two months later, another 22% price hike. No upgrades to service, no proactive notice it was going up except for the bill. Telecoms are an absolute racket. Ready to drop everything and start my own ISP.

    Comcast is the worst. Modem is spontaneously resetting its connection… again… So the automated sytem says “hey let’s reset/reprovision modem.” Sure, great. That didn’t work, so I get a Customer Service Rep an hour later that… suggests the same thing.

    @WormsCrazyGolf I used to have this with Xfinity too Turned out it was a landline issue where the cable leaving from your apartment is spiking the signal at random Had to call them up and have my wall socket and outside wires replaced completely but you might have to pay a fee for that

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!

    @xfinity I discussed with one of your employees the reasoning for the uncharge on my account and was offered new contract told the employee I'll check around first for other offers and now my internet is throttled. If this how you treat your costumers, you won't last long.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
