I left Comcast for these issues, I’m getting frustrated at the prospect of going back to them.

Modem is spontaneously resetting its connection… again… So the automated sytem says “hey let’s reset/reprovision modem.” Sure, great. That didn’t work, so I get a Customer Service Rep an hour later that… suggests the same thing.

At my old place I had 6-7 techs out before Comcast told me each one was costing me $50, & the 8th would be free of charge. By the end of it I was teaching the techs things they didn’t know. Eventually got AT&T fiber which was a lifesaver.
