    @brimariefox @comcast @Xfinity Comcast has THE worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was no happier moment in my life then turning in my cable boxes years ago and “cutting the cord.” We now only use them for internet😡. I can’t wait until we can get rid of that too.

    @Xfinity if you can afford to give the country free WiFi then you can afford to cut down on the bill for people that are actually paying for it. Seeing as how it’s barely usable now.

    @Xfinity I can’t STAND this service. I’m bullied into having it! Techs come out to fix a problem but screw something else up and don’t tell you. But of course I’ve being charged full price for something I’m not even getting!!! 🤬

    @jayci68 @KyivIndependent My xfinity service has a cable modem hooked to their network through a coax. In the old days most people used dial up modems that used telephone lines. Fios doesn’t use modems, their fiber ONI had an ethernet port to connect a router.

    Just ended my service with @verizonfios it’s a great freeing feeling. Worst service provider I have ever dealt with! Also got a new cellphone service provider! Everything @Verizon is terrible! I’m sure I’m not alone! FYI: @Xfinity has great package deals! #verizonsucks

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I had to reactivate service at my old address for about 10 days. Also, my mobile service got temporarily disconnected—the store agent didn’t seem properly trained and may have made a mistake.
