    Comcast really just tried to charge me 110$ to transfer my service. When I refuted, I was told bc I have “phone service too” & there is no other way. I then stated ok, cancel my service, I will go w/Verizon bc my boyfriend is a tech.

    Ugh. Behind on the Xfinity race. Noah had a rocket today despite being an accident magnet. The first was a driving incident. The second one was a huge mistake by the 8. You're next to playoff drivers. Layoff and go back to ARCA.

    @comcastcares xFi pods worked great for 2 years. Recently they connect to gateway, and gateway has Internet connectivity. However, when device attaches to a pod it has no internet but is connected to our wifi network. I reset all pods and reset the gateway - still have the issue.

    OK so… I need to cancel Comcast because I’m sick of paying $220 a month for absolutely nothing! My problem is I have no idea where to go! Do I just get Internet service somewhere? I wish somebody could tell me what to do… I’m so tired of adulting!!! 😩🥺😭

    @Xfinity got an email yesterday stating that my bill will go from $197 to $253. Worked hard to bring it down under $200. I’m a Gold Star Widow living n a fixed income. The increase will be the end for most subscribers. The increase is just too much. FYI #PANDEMIC eat or cable?

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.

    Also @Xfinity why do I have to do the work to get credit from YOUR OUTAGE you should already put it on the bill, how many customers do you scam everyday because they don’t know they have to apply or ask for it. Also it’s almost 12 hours since my internet went down.

    @TheGeorgePu It's because they're offering cut-rate subscriptions through media and network companies like Rumble, Bell Canada, PayPal, Comcast, Samsung, etc. "for free". AI-as-a-Service is a money-losing endeavour. In 5 years or less they'll be bankrupt.
