    Let me get this straight @Xfinity and @comcast. My 4 kids are forced to school from home, I’m forced to work from home, there is no socializing outside the home due to Covid so NOW you restrict our download amount. Or we pay MORE?? Never let a good crisis go to waste they say.

    @weatherchannel tell @comcast to fix the audio issue on channels 39 and 847 in Boston. Video looks great but no audio last 2 days. I'd be very surprised if I were the only sub experiencing this issue!

    @Xfinity so you’re really gonna tell me that at 7:30am my internet speed was 100mbps but at 9am when everyone is sitting down to work from home my internet suddenly is out and then it’s at 10mbps. Y’all are scamming people because you get away with it.

    I have incoming currently on my old iPhone 7 Plus... through Xfinity Wireless..it’s a prepaid service..which extends a months “credit” in as incoming calls only..I also have access for “free” to any Xfinity hotspot!

    @DAZN_USA_Help I have high speed internet service through an xfinity broadband router that is a few months old. When your app kept freezing and restarting I gave up and watched a movie on Netflix using the same router. Didn’t freeze once during a 2 hr and 40 minute movie.

    I just got my iced coffee for free because I had to wait .03 seconds for him to ring me up b/c he was on the phone trying to calm his mother down about Comcast having to go over their house to help with something. Dude! It’s fine!! Take care of your mother!

    @ABC when are you & @Xfinity going to settle your issue? The only show I truly miss is #JimmyKimmel & I used to watch several hours a week since I’m home bound these days. I plan on getting rid of xfinity for my internet & cable. I can get something that doesn’t cost as much.

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport I had to reactivate service at my old address for about 10 days. Also, my mobile service got temporarily disconnected—the store agent didn’t seem properly trained and may have made a mistake.

    @MrEwanMorrison We used to pay $150/month for cable and think nothing of it. at least now you can cancel whenever instead of being locked into a comcast contract.
