The last step showed all the available installation times. They had pretty much any time in the next couple days available!

I was told someone could come out 3 days from now! Completely unacceptable at a time when we are all working from home & it's a safety issue!

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.
