It’s the wires. I know this for a fact. We had a drop line replaced. I had the tech look up when it was installed. 2015 Wish I saved a bit of it. It looked 50 yrs old.

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
