Annie Peps (@annie_peps) reported from Watertown, Massachusetts@JimmyJGreen @OnlyInBOS @Xfinity Your tweet doesn’t make sense. First you say your friend has Fios, then she has Xfinity. I’m well aware that some areas only offer one provider but that’s not the point. Many families have had to sign up for the most basic internet service to ensure their kids can learn remotely.

0ak 🔱 (@_ironOak) reportedDear @Xfinity and @comcast, You’re using AI bots with different names and accents to handle issues. When I ask to speak to actual humans, you refuse. You then want to send accounts that have no business allocating charges into collections. This is called a lawsuit.
