    @comcastcares Good customer service is NOT telling loyal customers of 8 yrs (when the service glitches every day) to just call & request a 10 minute long restart (EVERYDAY!). We are looking at other services. We are just about done with y’all. #SICKOFCOMCAST

    @comcast TV network always goes out and can’t use our firestick either because it never has enough connection yet we pay for the better internet

    @comcast has the shittiest customer service experience ever. Literally block you from getting through to a human being. Unlimited Gig service that you have to reboot 5x a day to maintain signal is really effective.

    @amystreasures @1ssve In my area, we had issues all the time. I also had issues when I moved to another spot, but thankfully AT&T was just starting fiber optic so I got that and had no problems. Ending up moving again and got stuck with Comcast and started having issues again. Finally said enough and never went back.

    @Xfinity @XfinitySupport Suspended my cable(Granted it was due by the 11th) cool I go onto the app and these lowlifes tell me I have store to pay my bill in order to restore service(WHY?!?!) I HAVE A CRAD TO PAY AND THE MONEY IS THERE!!!.. .IF I COME TO THE STORE I WONT BE TO PAY

    @XfinitySupport Since I can’t get through to anyone on the phone to escalate complaints I want you to be aware that your technical support team has cold transferred me and hung up on me nearly a dozen times over the last two hours because they don’t know how to fix Xfinity Stream

    @TheDDossier @FoundAMoron @Starlink Yea, when I had it a few years back I would lag on games like 2k, cod, ect. Everything else(streaming platforms) was fine. I switched to Verizon and had no issues across the board but wanted more speed so now I'm with xfinity for 1.2 gig/ $115month
