    Our @xfinity @comcast Internet/TV/phone in #Reston VA was screwed up/broken all day yesterday. #xfinity app status said it would be fixed by 9:30pm then 11:30 pm then 1:30 am then 5:30 am now it is 9:00 am. Make up your mind #comcast @comcastcares

    @missfalen @MadameFowler Once all the streaming rights go back to their original networks I don’t see Comcast/NBC sticking with Hulu. NBC is starting a streaming service this year and will eventually pull out of Hulu, which would just leave Disney. Hulu either goes away or becomes what you said.

    Okay, @comcast @Xfinity This is the 2 week with a major outage in my area. It’s been a couple of hours now- Your maps are saying it’s been resolved, but it’s NOT! I have too much work and too many kids at home to NOT have service and pay your absorbent MRC.

    The repair time for broken @xfinity @comcast TV/Internet/phone service in #Reston VA just moved once again from 12:50 pm to 4:29 pm every time they move the time it moves further away. #xfinity #comcast @comcastcares

    @Xfinity you guys are seriously the WORST! Area wide outages every single week 2 months running.... enough is enough. It’s a shame consumers don’t have an SLA to protect us. If we did, I’m sure you would get your act together.

    @h_thoreson @technology With my “former Comcast employee” hat on, many of their technological products are very good. I certainly miss the cable interface - it was such a huge step back to switch to Verizon. Aside from the terrible quality of the cable plant in the DC area, they make a lot of good tech.

    @VerizonSupport You guys really do want to make this as time consuming and annoying as possible so I get Xfinity. I’ve already had Verizon ignore it and gone through hoops with support. Yes I’ll do that.

    @scott_lowe But I have been hearing people say they want a-la-carte for their cable bill for years so they can pick what they want to subscribe to and not subsidize crap they don’t want. I used to work for Comcast and let me tell you It Was A Thing. This is what that looks like.

    Elon Musk's Starlink is great. I am a customer. - Starlink is great. When Florida got hit by a hurricane many lost cable internet and also fiber internet for days and days, but people that had Starlink didn't. - Starlink is just as fast as Comcast and Spectrum high speed internet - I put the Starlink cable in a protective plastic protector, then buried it 2-3 inches. - I also put the Starlink dish in a clear acrylic sleeve that will protect it from bird droppings, tree sap and even hail - However when a hurricane was coming I unburied the cable and brought the Starlink dish inside my garage to protect dish during the storm. - There is plenty of extra cable to do so. - As soon as the wind died down, I brought the dish back out and had my high speed internet back up within about 10 minutes. - Sandbags hold it in place for normal storms +++ +++ They have a $5 a month standby mode. It automatically updates its firmware and software in standby mode. It is ready for you in 5 minutes whenever you need to start up high speed internet. Great for snow birds or if your cable/fiber internet goes out IE after a major hurricane, tornado, storm. +++ +++ It is also a satellite phone. It works even if all the cell towers are down so you can make calls or send/receive text messages. You can make phone calls or send text using your cell phone: Step 1: Connect to the Starlink Wi-Fi (regular high speed internet OR standby modes) Step 2: Then select Wi-Fi Calling Step 3: Now you are connected to the Starlink satellites making calls, send texts using your cell phone.

    Does anybody know how can I switch from bum fck T-Mobile worst company to ever exist to Xfinity T-Mobile without needing to contact the account owner which I don't have access to? Like do I gotta go to court to prove my identity, my number that I've had for over 10yrs?

    got so overwhelmed by the tremendously ****** @Xfinity customer support experience that i started to cry so now boyfriend has called them and is handling my internet setup instead and i feel like a pathetic and helpless baby but also incredibly lucky to be loved like this ;_;
