    Signal strength excellent. LOL I get half the internet amount of data I pay for when it actually works. Ridiculous. I’ll be switching to @Xfinity soon enough.

    20 mins of a tech doing stuff and we have wifi @Xfinity @comcast how are you billing me over 100 dollars a month since September and this is the first time I can get a tech out to ACTUALLY INSTALL my service!

    I should be watching spring training games right now. But @comcast @Xfinity screwed me over and will not fix their mistake. I'm now paying more for less. The sad part is they called me 4 days in a row trying me to up my package to my previous one. I'm not paying $40 more for that

    @comcast is funny! Trying to teach out why I gave them a 0 in their surveys. MYbe if you actually gave a crap about your customers I'd give you a different score.

    @MrsA2003 Nephew's been guarding our home network equipment like Fort Knox. He also informed me yesterday that Xfinity told him a while back our modem was marginal. It wouldn't be so bad if he ever did anything he says he will... 🙄

    332 more days until I can leave @Xfinity and I can not wait. It's been 3 months and they WILL NOT FIX THEIR MISTAKE.

    So @Xfinity still won't fix my issue. Even after I reported them to the BBB. So this is now 4 days in a row they called. This time the Executive offices called. Still they can't or won't fix this issue.

    They refuse to answer phones, and refuse to credit my payments for, you know, a future month when I ACTUALLY GET THE SERVICE I am paying for? Seriously, why hasn't @Xfinity been taken to court for this? How can they bill us and refuse to install service?

    So we've been paying for @comcast @Xfinity since September when we purchased the house. They have collected our money but have not installed the internet or phone. Tomorrow, for the 1st time, they are sending a tech to...hopefully install service. Such a fraud, I'm paying $$$

    Yo @Xfinity fix your upstream, all Covid long my internet keeps dropping connection. It’s frustrating as hell. How am I supposed to stream @peacockTV if my internet isn’t working.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible

    @XfinitySupport I unplugged the Xfinity gateway and it has cleared the pexelation. Why would the gateway effect reception? We have the tv connected directly to a box, not wifi. We started using the gateway 6 weeks ago too when I changed the internet plan. Is the gateway crap?

    @Xfinity so just to be clear, Xfinity has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute, to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have this correct?

    @Ilikeracing3 The Xfinity car is the best series in NASCAR, had the best vehicle & they're BARELY able to put on a show here...trucks were meh as well. All 3 series were snoozers last fall too. Yeah, the cup car is garbage, but the Bristol reconfig has sucked too

    If you want to watch tv as if you are watching a bad synchronized Godzilla movie get @Xfinity service. You will feel right at home trying to match words spoken to lips moving in the wrong direction! Worst service ever!

    Also @Xfinity why do I have to do the work to get credit from YOUR OUTAGE you should already put it on the bill, how many customers do you scam everyday because they don’t know they have to apply or ask for it. Also it’s almost 12 hours since my internet went down.
