I'm getting less than half of the mbps than I'm paying for. Hopefully, the tech fixes it. I hated having to put my issues on Twitter, but I got results! Thanks!

I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
