My TV & my ex husband’s TV were shut down but our son’s in the next room was playing all night. They said outage but his worked. Not logical!

Maybe I should just hang up and wait for someone driving up the street to get decapitated. That'll get a technician out here. A police technician, but a technician nonetheless.

Can't wait to see how big the lawsuit is when someone gets hurt or worse because nobody came out to fix this.

The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.
