You've done this before and no, my remote is malfunctioning. When I click on Last, previous channel don't appear and clicking on channel button does work either. Fix the damn problem!

This is the 4th time that a Comcast agent has mysteriously dropped the call when “about to resolve the problem.” I’m livid.

Now I am no longer even able to receive status updates. Some customer service and restoration of service would be the minimum I would expect. Very hard to work from home like this

When Florida got hit by a hurricane many lost cable internet and also fiber internet for days and days, but people that had Starlink didn't. - Starlink is just as fast as Comcast and Spectrum high speed internet - I put the Starlink cable in a protective plastic protector, then buried it 2-3 inches. - I also put the Starlink dish in a clear acrylic sleeve that will protect it from bird droppings, tree sap and even hail - However when a hurricane was coming I unburied the cable and brought the Starlink dish inside my garage to protect dish during the storm. - There is plenty of extra cable to do so. - As soon as the wind died down, I brought the dish back out and had my high speed internet back up within about 10 minutes. - Sandbags hold it in place for normal storms +++ +++ They have a $5 a month standby mode. It automatically updates its firmware and software in standby mode. It is ready for you in 5 minutes whenever you need to start up high speed internet. Great for snow birds or if your cable/fiber internet goes out IE after a major hurricane, tornado, storm. +++ +++ It is also a satellite phone. It works even if all the cell towers are down so you can make calls or send/receive text messages. You can make phone calls or send text using your cell phone: Step 1: Connect to the Starlink Wi-Fi (regular high speed internet OR standby modes) Step 2: Then select Wi-Fi Calling Step 3: Now you are connected to the Starlink satellites making calls, send texts using your cell phone.
