I pay $118 a month for your service and I’m definitely not getting the speed I’m paying for. Xfinity has a better price by far. If they throw in some xfi pods, I’m switching.

The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.
