    @Xfinity I have no internet. I know exactly what the issue is, my personal router has gone bad and all I wanted was to now rent a Comcast router and have someone come out and install it to make sure it's done correctly.

    @Xfinity btw, if someone is calling Customer Service, idc if it's cable, mobile, bank etc. DO NOT ASK HOW MY DAY IS GOING. The fact that I actually have to call you means that my day is sucking. If I could have self-solved this, we would not be speaking now.

    If anyone on here is a government employee, Comcast is assisting customers with their services by not cutting you off. Even if your service is already cut, call in and we will restore knowing you are affected by the government shut down.

    @Xfinity WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Not surprised. Speaking to someone who is not in the U.S. and didn't listen to anything I said but still attempted to run thru his "troubleshooting script" even tho this is my 3rd call.

    @Xfinity I work in a call center for a credit card company, so trust me, I don't want to call you. If your app was more user friendly and offered more self-service options, I would not have called!

    I got Xfinity mobile and it’s not trash. Shit is on the same network as Verizon 😂

    @teambercase @magicgeekdom @GetSpectrum One of the reasons I cut cable was because of Comcast and their spectacularly shitty customer service. We use Verizon for internet, and stream everything through the Roku now.

    @EBraeden Can't be worse tgan Comcast!!! I had receipts for a year of paying on time and returned equipment. They said I didn't. Almost cist me a mortgage! NEVER Comcast!! I love Fios.

    We will not be overpaying for such slow speeds. We’ll stick to xfinity. We will NOT be paying the cancellation fee as your service was not up to par and the account was open without proper authorization so someone is getting fired for sure. I will be contacting the BBB.

Never had a problem on this network before but maybe something going on with comcast I saw it across dev/staging/**** (2 convex dbs) for about 10m, then it resolved on its own, then came back, now working again If it comes back, will DM you. Maybe some intermittent network thing on my end

For all of Fox and even to a degree NBC’s faults covering Xfinity, they never really messed with the times all that much and recognized 130-2 pm starts were for better so people could enjoy the rest of their Saturdays It’s one thing for networks to force cup to 3 pm
