    @Xfinity I am having problems with my cable box and remote. I called the 800 number but the person who answered was clueless and unhelpful. I needed to elevate the problem but because customer service is outsourced to Brazil I am still having issues. Can you help

    @OnPatrolNation I had that too and roku told me to delete my xfinity app channel and reinstall it. I told them not the problem it's only the reelz channel on xfinity and everyother provider.

    @KatiePrejean @Suddenlink Comcast was our only option for years. And because there was nothing we could do about it, service was deplorable. Like it or leave it. As soon as fios moved in, service levels skyrocketed. All of a sudden, they cared.

    @zacshipley WB has a shot at succeeding just as much as Disney. But then you've got CBS All Access, which is pretty much The House That Mediocre Trek Built. Then you've got NBC's upcoming service, which will be free to Xfinity customers, but pay for everyone else. ABC will probably do Disney

    Hey @ATT, I know we’re rural, but please do something about the service in New Ipswich, NH. When @Xfinity has an outage, we have one bar of service and can barely surf, post, text, or make calls. It took forever for X to come up and for this post to go through.

    @G0_R0GUE @TrueSouthernUSA @STaranto92 Yeah but RCR supplies engines for almost the entire Xfinity series, and they’re still have their major sponsors. Does seem the cash flow is an issue but to what scale? I feel like there are tons of other factors in play.

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!

    Elon Musk's Starlink is great. I am a customer. - Starlink is great. When Florida got hit by a hurricane many lost cable internet and also fiber internet for days and days, but people that had Starlink didn't. - Starlink is just as fast as Comcast and Spectrum high speed internet - I put the Starlink cable in a protective plastic protector, then buried it 2-3 inches. - I also put the Starlink dish in a clear acrylic sleeve that will protect it from bird droppings, tree sap and even hail - However when a hurricane was coming I unburied the cable and brought the Starlink dish inside my garage to protect dish during the storm. - There is plenty of extra cable to do so. - As soon as the wind died down, I brought the dish back out and had my high speed internet back up within about 10 minutes. - Sandbags hold it in place for normal storms +++ +++ They have a $5 a month standby mode. It automatically updates its firmware and software in standby mode. It is ready for you in 5 minutes whenever you need to start up high speed internet. Great for snow birds or if your cable/fiber internet goes out IE after a major hurricane, tornado, storm. +++ +++ It is also a satellite phone. It works even if all the cell towers are down so you can make calls or send/receive text messages. You can make phone calls or send text using your cell phone: Step 1: Connect to the Starlink Wi-Fi (regular high speed internet OR standby modes) Step 2: Then select Wi-Fi Calling Step 3: Now you are connected to the Starlink satellites making calls, send texts using your cell phone.
