    Found out my Comcast tower is outdated...of course and probably have to get 100$ pod for a stronger wireless signal to my BR modem...or run a coaxial cable 50 ft

    There is no way in hell I would get cell service with Xfinity, you can't even rely on on there home WI-FI or cable service, it freezes or the screen goes black all the time,,😡😡

    I thought (an oxymoron) the updates were unnecessary for the platforms but Xfinity plans getting those messages for outage. That’s why when it goes out of service, you wasn’t available to fix it? By saying there’s a problem with the last platform’s update. #beatofftothehighlights

    Im really tired of @Xfinity.....past few days service is spotty. Friday its out completely. Tech was supposed to come yesterday, service comes back like an hour before they come so I cancel. Today service was fine all morning & all of sudden it goes out again

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!
