Spent 3.5 hr waiting for a @Xfinity @comcast field rep (1.5 hr late) who then no-showed & rescheduled appt. w/o consulting me, then 45 min. listening to a phone agent insist a modem alone should emit a Wi-Fi signal & told me to contact @Linksys for my user/password. #HappySunday

Website couldn't help, customer service rep didn't understand why my credit card didn't have a routing number, and then transfered me to another department where the hold time was 15-20 minutes and the hold music was skipping. Do better @comcast @xfinity.

Hey @ATT, I know we’re rural, but please do something about the service in New Ipswich, NH. When @Xfinity has an outage, we have one bar of service and can barely surf, post, text, or make calls. It took forever for X to come up and for this post to go through.

@G0_R0GUE @TrueSouthernUSA @STaranto92 Yeah but RCR supplies engines for almost the entire Xfinity series, and they’re still have their major sponsors. Does seem the cash flow is an issue but to what scale? I feel like there are tons of other factors in play.

@Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport is the absolute worst internet provider in the history of the universe. Lost a whole day of connection with March Madness and now Sunday of the Master’s. Stay hot guys. You’re horrible.

Elon Musk's Starlink is great. I am a customer. - Starlink is great. When Florida got hit by a hurricane many lost cable internet and also fiber internet for days and days, but people that had Starlink didn't. - Starlink is just as fast as Comcast and Spectrum high speed internet - I put the Starlink cable in a protective plastic protector, then buried it 2-3 inches. - I also put the Starlink dish in a clear acrylic sleeve that will protect it from bird droppings, tree sap and even hail - However when a hurricane was coming I unburied the cable and brought the Starlink dish inside my garage to protect dish during the storm. - There is plenty of extra cable to do so. - As soon as the wind died down, I brought the dish back out and had my high speed internet back up within about 10 minutes. - Sandbags hold it in place for normal storms +++ +++ They have a $5 a month standby mode. It automatically updates its firmware and software in standby mode. It is ready for you in 5 minutes whenever you need to start up high speed internet. Great for snow birds or if your cable/fiber internet goes out IE after a major hurricane, tornado, storm. +++ +++ It is also a satellite phone. It works even if all the cell towers are down so you can make calls or send/receive text messages. You can make phone calls or send text using your cell phone: Step 1: Connect to the Starlink Wi-Fi (regular high speed internet OR standby modes) Step 2: Then select Wi-Fi Calling Step 3: Now you are connected to the Starlink satellites making calls, send texts using your cell phone.
