    😠😠 @Xfinity tech was suppose to come to fix my wire problem and connect my internet closer to 5 today because I told them I wouldn't be home until around 4 these dumbasses came at 3:30 and left 😠😠😠😠

    Booo to @xfinity. Service has been out since about 5:30pm (Augusta Georgia). The map says only "1 to 50" customers impacted...lol. I drove around the area, didn't see a single #Xfinity service vehicle anywhere. Might be time to switch to @ATT. @comcastcares #comcast #outage

    @Oluwakayodey_ Is this about the new Xfinity equipment? I cannot explain who bought it. Bank cards stopped living here. A credit card was never replaced. All that's here was the retail store cc&the baseball stadium bank. Then came the San Pedro, California shoot. San Pedro is wholesale district

    @comcast @XfinitySupport That’s not the point. The cable/internet line was literally cut, ripped from the ground by a trench digger on Saturday and we had to wait until Monday. When the technician arrived, it took between 20 to 30mins to solve the problem. 1/2

    @Xfinity @Xfinity, Based on a call to your care team, there was no resolution except for me to leave. We needed to cut cost and we don’t even watch the cable AT ALL. My plan was to go with internet only. If you can do something today I’ll cancel my @ATT install RIGHT NOW.

    Our cable/internet line was ripped out of the ground because the county failed to mark that section of the house and thanks to @comcast poor customer quality service, we’re not going to have internet back until, maybe, Monday if we’re lucky. This sucks 😤

    Here’s what I’ve learned from @Xfinity: The entire area is affected by a service interruption. Maintenance techs are aware and are working to restore services. They have set an estimated repair time at 4 a.m. @WJBF.

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!

    @xfinity I discussed with one of your employees the reasoning for the uncharge on my account and was offered new contract told the employee I'll check around first for other offers and now my internet is throttled. If this how you treat your costumers, you won't last long.

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account
