    Made an appointment with the. @Xfinity store for 5:45. Checked in when I got to the parking lot as instructed. Got the confirmation text and was told to wait. 45 minutes later I go in and ask and am told “we normally have a greeter for texts but tonight we don’t.”Great service 🤬

    @FLDEO HELP. I haven't been paid since mid May. I can't claim weeks. There's still no link. FPL is shutting off MONDAY. Phone is off Tuesday. Then no internet at all b/c Comcast shut us off. I need my BP, thyroid and anxiety meds. I've got a son w/ Ehlers-Danlos. Please. Please. Help.

    Started a new job that’s remote begged @Xfinity to keep my service on till my first pay check. I agreed to Monday 1st payday and they cut it off on my second day of work. Now they’re saying we need payment, I would’ve made other plans, instead of believing your reps.

    Elon Musk's Starlink is great. I am a customer. - Starlink is great. When Florida got hit by a hurricane many lost cable internet and also fiber internet for days and days, but people that had Starlink didn't. - Starlink is just as fast as Comcast and Spectrum high speed internet - I put the Starlink cable in a protective plastic protector, then buried it 2-3 inches. - I also put the Starlink dish in a clear acrylic sleeve that will protect it from bird droppings, tree sap and even hail - However when a hurricane was coming I unburied the cable and brought the Starlink dish inside my garage to protect dish during the storm. - There is plenty of extra cable to do so. - As soon as the wind died down, I brought the dish back out and had my high speed internet back up within about 10 minutes. - Sandbags hold it in place for normal storms +++ +++ They have a $5 a month standby mode. It automatically updates its firmware and software in standby mode. It is ready for you in 5 minutes whenever you need to start up high speed internet. Great for snow birds or if your cable/fiber internet goes out IE after a major hurricane, tornado, storm. +++ +++ It is also a satellite phone. It works even if all the cell towers are down so you can make calls or send/receive text messages. You can make phone calls or send text using your cell phone: Step 1: Connect to the Starlink Wi-Fi (regular high speed internet OR standby modes) Step 2: Then select Wi-Fi Calling Step 3: Now you are connected to the Starlink satellites making calls, send texts using your cell phone.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
