The agent said he would check to see what was happening and hasn’t come back. he keeps picking up the line and putting back on hold. @comcastcares doesn’t really care.

I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
