    Saw a Comcast Xfinity van driving down the road with the driver on his cell phone. Contemplated pretend swerving into his lane so that he thought he was being cut off and then ran himself off the road. Realized I may need to look into anger management.

    Serious Question… how is congress not investing the billing practices of Comcast. Possibly one of the largest internet providers on the planet and you cannot downgrade or change your service without entering an infinite ♾ loop designed to ensure you call the call center.

    @SonosSupport Hello. So I have a client, who for the past two weeks, has his Sonos just dropping off/stop working then back. We have been there 3 times, he has a new Xfinity modem, and an 8 port switch that’s working fine. I really feel like Sonos is the problem. Help please.

    @Xfinity Your main line is messed up and no one wants to fix it that’s the problem. We had a lightning strike a couple months ago and this is an ongoing thing. With my neighbor and myself we have both called several times and still have the same issues just getting ridiculous

    When the guy at @comcast goes “I’ve never seen anything like this before, I can’t help you.” You know you’re never going to be productive. 5-8 outages a day is really unacceptable. As an educator my students rely on me, this is impacting my ability to do my job. @Xfinity

    Do not use Xifinity internet!!@Xfinity they will tell you they will not put you on a contract send you a bunch of text messages to approve all the while promising no contract!!Then when you cancel them because the community you live in changes providers they want to bill you $70

    @jrssnet @geteero I realize it’s difficult.. but trying to explain that to a house manager is even more difficult. The problem is he has Comcast with the highest speeds so he just thinks that it’s going to be that way all over the house. I wasn’t told about the 200 MB everywhere until after.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @mexigreekmom74 @1ssve Comcast may be high but in the 20+ years I had it. I never had problems. The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
