After six calls on my part nobody has any idea. One rep was in Singapore, another rep told me to hold and transferred me. 8 calls later Comcast can’t keep an appt! Worst service ever!

Can I go to the local Xfinity store to switch her current phone to the new one? Prefer not to call customer service - those calls take hours, most of the time spent on hold waiting for help. Thanks.

Doug Sandell (@Caddieman57) reported@ClayTravis I ranted on the phone to Comcast at 2pm and was transferred to three different people that I was canceling cable and telling everyone I know to do the same. I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
