Attenuation signal was too high. -10 to 10 is the range and my signal was at 14.5 so it would disconnect and try to jump to another band in range.

The only time I did was with their wifi modem, those things only lst 2-3 years. But you can buy one for under 100 from best buy, and make the money back by not paying a rentl fee for their crappy modem.

So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
