    School zones are in place for the safety of kids going to school. To bad @comcast authorized (3rd party) drivers w/their logo on work trucks do NOT seem to Understand what that means as they go around other vehicles at 35/40 mph in a 15 mph area. #schoolzones

    Lord knows I want to give my to a different company (becus their customer service still sucks) but @Xfinity still has the better streaming TV option and better internet. I wanted Philo & YouTube TV to be better so bad... I'll be waiting until someone does a better job than them

    @WayneMessam PLEASE contact the owner of the strip mall at Pembroke & Arcadia. They need to paint their fence! Also, FPL, ST&T or Comcast needs to paint the box! I NEVER see anything like this in West Miramar.

    Ok @Xfinity @comcastcares let’s rap a lil just a lil now just yesterday I had a problem with one of my cable boxes now today I can’t watch tv until after 10pm hmmmph then I go look at my bill with no past balances and paid on time and my bill is 18 extra dollars this month WHY 😡

I am referring to my aunt having 1 service with att and them sending a rep to knock on her door to upsell her. A call is sufficient

    You know what would be nice, @Xfinity? If you had @accnetwork. A major market in these United States of America cant watch a college football game because a major cable provider, probably the biggest in the country, doesnt want to provide the network that its on.

    @ATT I’ve had Xfinity for a number of years, while their service wasn’t perfect the couple of outages I experienced in a 10 year period or maybe a few hours. I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back. I’m in the Miami Lakes Florida Miami Dade County area can someone please let me know if we’re getting this back anytime soon? Thx

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either when trying to change your plan, can only upgrade.

    @XfinitySupport Have not been able to access the Xfinity app/my security cameras all day. Is there a problem? I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!

    @1ssve The reason we left cable was because of Comcast who pretty much ran everyone out. In my neighborhood it was either Comcast or a satellite and Comcast was overcharging and always having issues. I canceled and me and each of my kids signed up for a streaming site. All good for a while, then streaming started to get greedy and stop sharing. They really want each of us to pay $10-20 each for multiple sites. Plus we still have to pay internet which has also gone up. F them all.

    I was chatting with xfinity services and got the idea afterwards: What if the same people have a side hustle of scamming people? Considering how many companies use other countries for their live chat/support calls. I'm curious, what do you think?
