    @NAACP @DerrickNAACP 2 bad u didn't hold this type of view w/@comcast. That's right, u didn't even bother 2 come 2 the SCOTUS case where they were granted an appeal 2 not do away w/the 'but for' clause in regard to race. The organization you 'lead' was started for #BLACKAMERICANS, not immigrants.

    @RCNconnects looks like cash register honest will end our relationship as well over a year of pulling RCN teeth to honor promos the one still not honored is the $100 Visa card never received never replaced looks like Xfinity here we come no more $ from me for RCN

    @randomduck When bldg renov we moved to swing apt while ours was worked. The Comcast service went out completely at least 1 3+hr every week. Their end. Bldg still sees at least 2 multi-hr outages every mo. Usually internet & phone but tv can also go out. At least my DSL is reliable.

    The funniest part is if I was bitching about, say Amazon, they’d be in my mentions in one second, bc they need to at least *appear* to help. But the post office motto, taken from Comcast and WMATA, is Hahaha **** You.

    @mcsweeneys Omg I love this. My grandma is still talking about the time I fixed the cable. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Comcast & the problem turned out to be that the TV wasn’t on ch. 3. (They still think I’m a miracle worker.)

    @VerizonSupport Ok I will look into because all your customers I am familiar with all say you’re cable lineup sucks but internet is worth it. I need stable internet for work and school but @Xfinity @comcastcares doesn’t provide that or do anything about their failing services

    I’ve tried calling, tried through the @Xfinity streaming app chat feature. It’s been 2 hours. I can’t get an agent to help me. My streaming app on all devices The sound just disappears a few seconds into turning the channel on. @XfinitySupport

    @comcastcares one of your supervisors just threatened to cut off my service and hung up on me. I don’t even know what to say....I’m in shock that this even happened. Wish you guys weren’t such a terrible company with really awful employees

    All the lights in my room are connected to the internet. Every time I try and turn them on they keep trying to connect and in turn just blink. Technology’s a blessing and a curse. 🤬 @comcast sucks!

    Surprising, but I think I'm the first Xfinity customer to ever transfer service to a new address. 90 minutes, 7 customer service agents, ending with them saying - oh no, can't do it, you'll have to call back later. I honestly did not believe it would be this complicated.

    @nextlevelharrr1 FiOS is honestly incredible. I only have XFinity here because it was the only option but my parents had FiOS and it was super fast, reliable and had incredible upload speeds. XFinity’ll give you 1G down but only 35mbps up but FiOS gets 1G down/1G up

    @Cernovich @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button either. A phone call only.

    @Xfinity DON'T EXPECT TO GET ANYONE QUALIFIED ON THE PHONE OR IN THE STORE TO HANDLE THE ISSUE OF THEIR EMAIL **** UPS. NO COMPETENT PERSON IS ACCESSIBLE AT CONCAST & THEY DON'T GIVE A **** WHETHER I GET MY PERSONAL CORRESPONDENCE, THOUSANDS OF EMAILS & DOCUMENTS.
