I called in and employee #VBR412 is saying she won’t honor the offer… She had me on the phone 45 mins.

Spent almost 3 hours at one of their Cafes. The representative tried but kept getting transferred to other people.

Those guys know what a ball and strike is… they see thousands of pitches a week.. and whether or not it was to close to call the batter made the correct call… and hence should be awarded so….. bad call ended the game with a guy on third… terrible …
