I got their “unlimited plan” so I can hot spot to my laptop and Apple TV (mind you, I’m studying for the February bar exam and my course is ENTIRELY online).

I’m not sure if Comcast or Cspire have a strong remote tech division in their residential internet...so I can’t say if they’re garbage or not...but on Saturday and Sunday ATT has been able to help.
