Took @AEPTexas 7 hours to get on the scene in a town where they house trainees at the local hotels. Put them to work, whoever! My grandma needs oxygen and @GregAbott wouldn't lift a finger to help anyone. He must pray to a different God than I.

@AEPTexas Aug 8 no power for 6 hrs! Mission Tx! AEP and Gov Abbott really have failed Texas. There was no hurricane and no bad weather.

The news is out here now. @AEPTexas … a representative for @aep stated if we have them too much push back they’ll come in and chop them all down… sounds like a threat. #savethetrees #EnvironmentalJustice

@AEPTexas Every time it gets cold the same 8 houses lose power. Everyone else in my neighborhood has power but once again we are in the dark. Why can't this be fixed?

@AEPTexas I have a power outage almost weekly and never any explanation of it. Now again, today. No wind, rain, storms, nothing. This is beyond ridiculous.

@fishing1262 @AEPTexas The power pole was in my parents backyard, in an alleyway that was specifically built for use by AEP, Swepco, Centex, etc — you have all the access you need, but no one has ever replaced it, never tried to fix it, nothing. The lines droop below 6’ in the back yard in spots.

@AEPTexas No response for cutting down dozens of century old trees for no reason?

  • Deonpurpkoolaid

@AEPTexas It’s 6pm had power all last night through the storm and now my power is out for absolutely no reason. I admire the commitment to equality from this company start fixing part of the city end up cutting off power to half the town to make everyone equal

@AEPnews @AEPTexas Why do customers get billed more for using less electricity? why is there an incentive to use more energy while you send out letters to lower consumption? why am i paying 240 dollars on a 1300 ft sq house compared to 2200 sq ft home paying 250 using 1000 kw mor
