  So my insurance @Allstate sends me a whopping $18 as part of their publicity stunt to give money back for the current world circumstances, then one week later sends my new policy & big surprise they raised my premium. Company's like them are garbage! #Covid_19 #RefundPassengers

  @Allstate If you’re considering Allstate insurance, run, do not walk to another company. I called in for help with the assistance of an agent and was given false info by an agent and Allstate has refused to help and own their error. Geico is legit.

  @Allstate I will NEVER be doing business with you again and will tell my peers to stter clear. S/O to StateFarm for taking in my business. Taking a 3day early payment on my cancelled policy and then saying its my banks fault for releasing funds a mine for having AUTOPAY on..

  @Allstate Agent sends an email to review my policy. So I responded via email to call me so we can discuss. It is 4 days but no response. Why send an email when you don’t have a time to review. I doubt “ We are in Good Hands”😩

  .@Allstate - serious disappointment trying to add a vehicle to my policy. Tried the app, no luck. Tried calling, couldn’t understand the representative. Tried a chat, 5 minutes between simple communication responses. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
