Under the current system, i cant roll need on a lower ilvl tier piece than i currently own. There are very very few situation in which what you are describing would happen, and its not something you'd wanna "fix"

Pugs have to accept whatever is in place by blizz. Not gonna argue PL vs GL because they have pros and cons in pug environments.

The issue in question is that they took something recognizable as that person and attached a message of "I use this product." That's illegal. Like it or not, you legally can't just say those types of things.

Since it became a profession tool, most if its traits don't work at all, such as the ones that let you fish up entire pools from Legion schools of fish, and the rest only work after you've pressed the fishing

Max (@MaxCole21) reported@WarcraftDevs @WatcherDev Cross faction is broken on ptr and even with being B-net friends my guild can’t invite me to raid testing as I’m horde and they aren’t. This is really sad man, cross faction should have been a huge win, this is just a hurdle to climb for no reason.

Heather Campbell (@makaniart) reported@WarcraftDevs DKs Defile and Abom Limb could use some QOL, they cause serious mechanic visibility issues. Defile completely blocks other ground effects, and Abom Limb's black shadow needs to be much less opaque.

Hannah Murray (@Hannah0xd) reported@WarcraftDevs MW has inherent mana issues. Discipline not only got a tier set which improves their QoL and mana problems, they also received an adjustment on live. Ideally, MW would get the same treatment, as the changed 2P doesn't even fix the issue it is supposed to. 2/?

This only shows the next 1. Which as ele sham is storm keeper. I don't always want to waste the CD on small stuff.

Jinxed (@aaamsuw) reported@WarcraftDevs how did all 3 mage specs get the least amount of resources of all other specs combined. Arcane is the only spec that recieved 0 hotfixes since launch , minus the barrage fix that took 6+ years and was rightfully not announced as it is embarrassing to announce that.
