    @SummitBroadband I have been without internet for 30+ hours, i have been on hold with customer service for 3H+, 3X a day and still can't speak to an agent. When will the internet come back online? Will you actually communicate with your customers instead of ghosting them?

    Did @SummitBroadband completely **** the bed again? No internet service, can’t call - doesn’t connect, they don’t respond to messages from their website, no response from their Facebook messenger account It’s like they disappeared poof💨
