Matthew Smith (@MatthewSmith_63) reportedI don’t complain much about living in Greenwood but losing power everytime some kind of weather occurs is getting ridiculous. Swepco electric is absolutely the worst electric company ever #Greenwoodproblems

Season (@seasonTk) reported@EntergyLA Are you having Swepco divert crews to help out now that their restoration is complete?
-
AmericanDV (@AmericanDvTexas) reported@SWEPCoNews Here I am yet again with no power. The wind blew too hard and exposed, yet again, the failure of SWEPCO to do any maintenance on this section of their power grid. Power outages for this house are far beyond any “normal” acceptable number. Who cares?! Not Swepco!!!

Alliance for Affordable Energy (@All4Energy) reported@la_psc These costs have already shown up on your bills. LPSC Staff determined the fuel & purchased power costs incurred by SWEPCO during the Winter Storm and passed onto customers were appropriate and the actions of SWEPCO were reasonable.
-
Alliance for Affordable Energy (@All4Energy) reported@la_psc Yes, we’re still talking about a storm from 2021. Staff suggested in the future SWEPCO should investigate whether “insurance” in the form of additional fixed price purchases or use of natural gas storage would be useful during the winter months to damper price surges.
