@MathiasMarkert 1) that’s not how rockets work 2) vacuum give no resistance so once up to speed they don’t need any further input 3) thy didn’t even need a booster after the gravitational “sling shot” around the moon. Hope this helps clarify a few things. You could also try research 👍

@DrEmilyHarris What is there to be proud of? He turns up after all the work has been done, and acts like he was the major player. The rest of the leaders would have been justified in telling him to sling 'is 'ook.

@slinkjohnson I have a sling and a backpack for camera equipment and such the backpack does carry more but sometimes I think the sling is more practical. If I wanna carry an iPad to work or something larger, I’ll use the backpack.

@siromet It looks pretty good already, the things that stand out to me the most are the sling socket without a sling being used, and the optic appears a bit low-end. Quality optics can be quite expensive though, and probably difficult to come by in Japan, so it’s ok

@slinganswers Tried that. I’m not happy. Would never get Sling again. Customer service is terrible.

@HowardStern Your ex assistant sounds like a total ******* nightmare. What did you do.... Ask her to work? For $246,000 a year I'd let @BethStern run me over in her car. Nothing a good a pair crutches couldn't fix. Maybe my arm will be in sling for a couple weeks? So what! Idgaf.

@iesumawr123 @NewStatesman Their owners won't let them introduce policies to help ordinary people, so their only hope is to sling enough mud so enough sticks

@esaagar If its doesn't get within a close enough orbit with 1/6 the gravity how the hell would a gravitational sling shot work !!!

@Ethan9686160872 @DriplessFlame Ghoul was over nerfed in my opinion cut offs aren’t as consistent and his other nerfs are adding up making him feel pretty clunky. After his Revault was killed his initial leap distance should be lowered so he can sling shot and cut off easier The 5 meter requirement is awful

@Emolclause They have dealt with this EVERYDAY for their entire career. This doesn’t help. And Dianna is one of the best reporters out there. Sadly, this just gives haters “justification” to sling arrows and say the stuff that’s always sat right below the surface.

On Thursday, I flipped over on my mountain bike. I ended up in the ER. I'm still pondering why I tried the jump, but that's another story. It's all good. No broken bones. Just a partial tear in my AC impacting my right shoulder. I should be in a sling for a couple weeks, and then rebuild that arm strength from there. Throughout this time I have remained CURIOUS, which @ScottAdamsSays recommends below. Here's what I mean: Ooooh, I get to go to the ER! I get to find out what that's like. I've heard stories and now I get to see for myself. Oh, I can walk right in and there is a team of medical professionals ready to take care of me? Glad I got injured in a nice city with a nice hospital. Ooooh, I get to go in the CT scan and image my body. I'll find out how sturdy my body really is. Great! No broken bones! So, I have some body strength - I wouldn't have found out this had I not tried that jump. Ooooh, I get to wear a sling. I'll have just one arm to operate. I've taken for granted what having two arms is like. I bet I can be just as productive with one - though I'll have to be creative. (Today I picked up sticks outside, something I almost never do with two arms) Ooooh, I get to research physical therapy. They say I should follow up with an orthopedic surgeon. You know what that person will say? 'Yeah, it might heal, but you should probably get surgery!' When your only tool is a hammer, everything you see is a nail. I'm going to research YouTube PT videos and find something that works for me. Ooooh, I get to be tough in front of my kids. I will aim to take no pity, but instead try to be stronger than I was before. I have so many things to be grateful for. I chose to do a completely unnecessary, but actually totally necessary, physical challenge. I will benefit from these adverse results.
