  @ALegendaryDrops I am tired of Hero Shooters with a cartoony artstyle as much as the next man, but this is just hate. People want their next Concord. They want to see it crash and burn. Highguard would have come and gone like Paladins or Battleborn if not for the TGA announcement.

  I like watching videos about rivals and it made me think why don’t we have 4 role classes like paladins Maybe its just cosmetic but maybe it would help alleviate issues

  @AngemonTk Paladins literally had the potential to be one of the biggest shooters. The problem was never the game or the dev team, it were the people in charge :/

  @huitdepique Not your fault at all. But all the DNPs paladins i read in the comments today,don't understand that DNP is a problem not because you don't win, but because you lose the fun part of @sorare: watching your players during the games...

  @antonio19xy @whyAndr3w Also the players didnt know what they were doing because you actually had to think to counter heroes whereas in OW you can mindlessly swap. Paladins also solved most of the problems people complained about in OW. Reduce healing passive is a prime example.

  @GrafootyCat @DobabesR @meeyiaa_ow Quite literally every support in Paladins has some kind of offensive utility that they can make use of in the later stages of the map, so what exactly is the problem? It also rewards timing your heals correctly, so it makes support more skillbased

  @nandoida I promise you if cloak ult was 6 seconds or less she wouldn't be banned. This is the same problem that plagued Paladins: Champion of the Realm too much sustain ruins games why deal with it when you can ban it.

  @FwoiblesWoW Sorry to bother u again but as a Warlock main i have an issue. Its been stated that both warlocks and paladins will get 150 riding speed if they got their epic mounts. Yesterday eventhough i got my dreadsteed i only recieved 75 riding skill is there bug going on?

  @franmirabella @PlayHighguard Its another Hero Shooter with the same art style of other Scifi/Fantasy games (Overwatch, Concord, Paladins) with clearly the same gameplay as Apex Legends. We have essentially already played this game. Plus, it is another live service game which the novelty of is wearing thin.

  @BoochieBoochie_ @GriftGod_ Paladins is the only game similar but there is no mode exactly like Highguard. His point still stands, they just took a bunch of aspects of live service games and mashed them together.

  @DungeonNoir All those other 'paladins' aren't really paladins. The error is categorical—the Class should be Knight/Cataphract/etc. and the sub-classes should be Paladin, Errant, Blackguard, and so on.

  @geoffkeighley @PlayHighguard anyone with a brain could have predicted this. there is no market for the 99th live service team shooter especially when they offer nothing new. If at least they made the character hot, they could have made money off MTs but they chose to just release paladins 2

  The problem with Marvel Rivals will never be the gameplay. The gameplay is so much damn fun, I love it, I really do. I just wish it wasn't a Marvel game. Paladins, Overwatch, and even Lawbreakers, when the private servers become public, are vastly better games, because they don't have an association with a dogshit company like Marvel, and its characters. Marvel character just aren't very interesting, minus The Defenders, Punisher, Blade and Spider-Man.

  @chisa_day I would totally play a good game if it has a Hololive crossover. The problem is they usually crossover with games I don't like. I played Paladins for a bit because of the Amelia Watson announcer.

  @IronlilyS @Okada_Caelun @DoodlePoodle_X It's one reason I never bother with paladins in D&D sessions with DMs who actively try to cause trouble for groups. If a DM plans to screw over the paladin for being a paladin, that's a bad DM in my eyes.

  @Sloja @Dexerto The problem with that statememt is that developers ARENT trying new things. Highguard was Apexwatch Six Siege: Paladins of Valorant. it didnt have anything particularly original or innovative going on, it just tried to appeal to everyone, and got nobody in return.

  @Okada_Caelun Repost cause I can't spell lol That's just a poor DM. RAW never said you immediately lose all class abilities if you stray, it said that it counts as an Oath Violation. It's up to the DM what is appropriate to resolve that. I've seen Paladins do community service in response.
