    At this point, because of daily internet service “outages”, I’ve spoken with every single @Opticaltel customer service representative. I know them by name because when you have to call multiple times, each and every day, you get to know them pretty well. #ThisIsNotAcceptable

    @Opticaltel when will our Internet be restored in Greenacres (riverbridge)? I have to work in the morning from home…you know, to earn enough money to pay for my house and my HOA fees that pay you for this unreliable service.

    @Opticaltel can’t even call you (since you are the phone service as well) to let you know that ALL of your services are once again not functioning. Riverbridge in Greenacres

    It took my garbage ISP @Opticaltel over 12 hours to restore my internet after a 2 second power outage yesterday.

    I been working 7 days a week. Opticaltel M-F, drive for FEDEX the weekends. While still running my own film company that’s booked for the rest of the year and I’m going to school to get my CDL license. Long story short, I ain’t making time for **** but this money!

    @Opticaltel pleaseeeeeeeee solve my issue. Ticket #1126422. Do not tell me to call you by phone (again). It is only a waist of time. Tomorrow morning, #usmnt  will play an important game, and I'll hope to be able to see it. Do not disappoint me!!!

    @Opticaltel The recent update to the DVR functionality is awful. Deleting a recording has a slow response time Why am I unable to pause live TV? Fast forwarding through commercials & hit play, always pass it by ~10 seconds, & have to rewind, make a jump back...like Spectrum has.

    @Opticaltel how about someone from your leadership step up and address the hundreds of complaints from Legacy of Leesburg residents regarding our piss poor cable service? Im@guessing everyone is “busy” troubleshooting the “widespread issue”?

    The 2nd reason given when your @Opticaltel internet service goes out is “Give me a few moments to look into this. (Music) Yes, I see where you’ve called 5 times today and I’ve done hard restart to your system. Can you check to see if you have service?”

    @Opticaltel my mom has been having issues with service and literally has no cable or internet. This has been going on for almost a year. She still pays the bill every month for absolutely nothing. She is told that they will “text” the tech. What are we going to do to fix this?

    @Opticaltel I'm happy with most of your service but I have a MAJOR complaint that has been unaddressed for nearly a decade now. The dish network box you provide us with are more than 10 yrs old! If it breaks I get a used one that doesn't work either. When can we get an upgrade?

    When you call @Opticaltel to complain about their internet service- for quickest access-press the combo “1-5-2”. I know this because we have to call several times each day. @OpticalTel is awful.
