    @Nationwide I need help. I've spent a total of 30ish minutes across multiple agents in different departments and got to a dead end where the last agent gave me a number that the options were not what I was looking for. I called 877-669-6877 first, 800-772-2182 second, 800-848-0920 third, and 888-753-7064 last. I tried calling the corporate number ending in 2822 and none of those options were what I needed. I was in the middle of moving from house to house and I came across paperwork. All agents asked for my social and all told me they can't find my account. I have paperwork in my hand. I can take a pic of the paper (if u want them in DM's) that says my account balance. Rep #3 believes it's a 401(k) as it says it next to the company name I worked for at the time. If anyone can send me a DM and hopefully help me out - that would be great. 6 min with the automated message and 24ish minutes being bumped around from agent to agent going through departments like i'm a pinball in a pinball machine. Thanks. Hope I get a DM shortly.

    1 year 10 mo 15 days since the fire! March 31 being 2 years since their house fire!!! @Nationwide is still delaying and not adhering to their contract. If anyone has Nationwide for home insurance, change now! #InsuranceFail #NationwideNotOnYourSide

    Hey Nationwide @Nationwide, long-time policy holder trying to cancel policy. Your automated phone system connected me to the wrong department and then was disconnected. Subsequently disconnected three more times. Your automated email system does not allow for cancellation. Help!!

    @Nationwide I’m hurt! I’ve been a LOYAL CUSTOMER for 22 years as of June. I’ve never missed one payment never lapsed once. I let someone use my car it was parked not on and someone backed into it and he didn’t have insurance so my uninsured paid for it. Today I get a call 🥺
