    Finished Mass Effect 1. Final fight crashed the game 2 times because of our jedi powers. Despite many, many issues we have with this game it still was enjoyable and compelling enough to cause a hyperfixation. We liked it a lot. But holy **** are there problems, and a lot of bugs

    @UzamakiJ That's where it stopped trying to be Mass Effect, but I still think they didn't really iron out the plot & passing issues until S4. (I also really like S3; but I hated the ending. I mean in premise it was classic Trek, but as the origin of the Bern it was really disapointing.)

    @tokkoayt @G27Status Cyberpunk 2077 was delayed three times because of Fallout 76, Mass Effect Andromeda, Anthem, No Mans Sky, AC Unity, Marvels Avengers, etc. And Cyberpunk still released broken and unfinished. @tokkoayt

    @GenitivisArch @AnoneySFWtan @DiscussingFilm It didnt even cross my mind people could have a problem with mass effect being woke. Because i had no problem with it and i did like the games a lot. They had good writing and it wasnt forced. You're projecting your perception of "people like me" on me. Writing quality has declined and people that arent part of "woke" culture wont watch it if its the main focus. Thats the reason hollywood is in a massive decline.

    Bad take because Patrick Weekes wrote Mordin, while the lead writer of Mass Effect was Drew Karpyshin. Also, Casey Hudson had the final say on what went into Mass Effect. Veilguard’s issue is the overall writing not just one character.

    Anthem flopping is also, arguably, what led to Mass Effect getting revived. It’s also why that live service “Shadows” game got canned. They stopped chasing the live service stuff and are trying to go back to their roots.

    @BioWareProblems I genuinely can't wait for the next Mass Effect. When it does eventually come out, anybody who complains about about tech issues (that are common at launch these days) can go suck off a Hanar.

    @SomeWeebDude Oh gosh... That's a real tough one. There's been quite a few over the years. Mass Effect 2/3, Crash Bandicoot Warped, Kirby's Adventure, BF1... Not sure I could pick a favorite.

    @DejavionL75163 @Battlefield @masseffect Valorant requires this. Also The Finals and ARC Raiders in Future. Most gamers haven't even noticed this because Secure Boot is enabled by default in modern systems and is a system requirement for Windows 11 anyway. It's also entirely a "YOU" problem.
