When you go to ask them to reverse the incorrect charges, they say it'll take 10 business days. It's going to take you 2 weeks to return money you shouldn't have taken in the first place?

Lvcaſ (@LukeHosey) reported@JasonKPargin i can only name about 3 insurance companies and @LibertyMutual is one of them. i only know them for 2 reasons: (1) they took 2 years before finally agreeing to pay my neighbors' very straightforward claim after they got lawyers involved, and (2) those dumb commercials.
