    Why is Dimlight formally known as @sparklightcares so much more horribly AWFUL than the horribly awful Hargray they bought out! And then we can't even get @RedPocketMobile @MintMobileCares... heck The Pony Express would be better than this wretched excuse of ISP holding hostage!

    @Austin33Smith @BallySports @Braves YEEEESSSSS!!!!! I live in SC and can only get them on the weekends! But when they were on Fox Sports South, we never missed a game! Bally sucks and Hargray sucks too!

    While my internet actually works I should report that I have more problems with @Xfinity in a month than I had with Hargray over a 7 year period. When I call, the automated phone service tries to give me a link to report the issue. 🙄 Thanks for nothing @Xfinity

    @Electronet HARGRAY IS BEGINNING TO HAVE MORE AND MORE ISSUES IN KNIGHTS MILL. WIFI OUT YESTERDAY AND NOW AGAIN!!!! Damn

    On the phone with Hargray (my isp) trying to get credits for a YEAR of problems we've been having with them. First offer, $40 of credit toward our next bill for 9 months of unstable connections.... nah

    This is just peachy @sparklightcares - you have a scheduled 6 hour outage and you don’t tell anyone because you are still integrating systems with you and hargray - I’m in the middle of migrating a website to a different host and now I’m attempting to do it tethered to my phone. I will definitely be checking out @Starlink Oh and I couldn’t look to see if there was an outage because the integration will be done “in a few months” so I can’t see my address yet…wtf

    @islandpacket Could y'all report on the Hargray outage in Bluffton? The whole town seems to be out of Internet and TV. Not ideal, considering there's a hurricane threat.

    @DnDBeyond I have to do it from home because hargray didn't give us an account number or password or anything I'm gonna have to get in touch with their customer service

    Tried to stream tonight, 0 internet connection. Hargray is the absolutely worst internet company in South Carolina. No internet service tonight, none of their phone numbers are routing me to any tech support AND their website isn’t working. Hargray deserves to be SUED!

    The new @sparklightcares customer portal is the ABSOLUTE WORST. Never recognizes user name, password, or email addresses (been a Hargray customer for over 40 YEARS). Moral of the story = #TechSupport is LAME

    Is anyone who has hargray able to reach them. I get service temporarily unavailable and don't have any phone service. Downtime detector is reporting issues but I can't even get them on the phone. I think they got hacked.

    Ever since our internet switched from Hargray to @sparklightcares , we have had outage after outage. Whyyyy!!😩😩😩😩
