    @FedEx @FedExHelp you guys have the most disrespectful drivers and delivery personnel. Customer service is terrible. You don’t want to hold a package at a secure location but your drivers are either stealing and or leaving the package anywhere. Your service sucks 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @FedExHelp @FedEx Customer service sucks! Now I know why I prefer @UPS FedEx says they attempted delivery, but no one rang my bell or called. There’s security downstairs and an intercom system. And the person I got on the phone after an hour - sounded like he was still in bed!

    Asked the doorman how many deliveries happen each day, it’s 4 Amazon, 2 UPS, 1 FedEx, 1 LaserShip, 1 USPS and sometimes bike messenger

    @FedEx @FedExHelp @LaserShip @LaserShipAssist @Apple @amazon FedEx and Laser Ship has to be the worst shipping companies. They lie about deliveries they don’t do and throw expensive packages on the floor. When I asked a driver why, he claims they have insurance and that’s it.

    @UPS @UPSHelp I am completely and utterly disgusted with your service these last week. To have people on hold for an agent for 50 is just disrespectful. To have your distribution centers not answer their follow agent or give callback is again disrespectful. @FedEx @FedExHelp

    ...@UniqloUSA , I still haven’t received the refund promised for the first order! Your carrier @FedEx is the problem: THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED TWICE: tracking shows “delivered”, but no package. Why do I have to yell at you on @Twitter to get basic customer service??

    i’m so sick to my stomach right now — i’ve been waiting for a delivery from @JoshsFrogs of a pair of frogs all day — they were supposed to be delivered by @FedEx by 12pm. by 1pm when they hadn’t come i was already contacting @FedExHelp asking what was going on + received no help

    FedEx out here playing it by ear now. That delivery date means nothing. That date will come and go and they’ll update it to say, “There is no delivery date scheduled at this time.” Basically, it gets there when it gets there.

    @FedExHelp @FedEx the representative I had on the phone refused to transfer me to a supervisor, lied about the details of my package and also lied about his name. How nice. Great customer service.

    nvm they tried to deliver it even though i called support and said i wouldn’t be there and they said they made a note and changed the delivery so then it would arrive when im home bc it needs a signature BUT I GUESS NOTTTTT :D LETS GOOOOO WE LOVE FEDEX 💀

    How nice of FedEx to wait till 2 hours into today's scheduled delivery window before deciding they wouldn't bother trying to deliver my package till tomorrow. So glad I waited in for that!

    @FedEx @NFL I live in Austria and I never received my package; it was delivered to someone else without a photo or signature. The worst part is that time is passing and customer service isn't responding—this is the second time this has happened to me.

    UPS’s weird strategy of making it difficult to deliver your package & then charge you for a change in delivery time is a golden opportunity for FedEx to crush them.
