Now I know why I prefer @UPS FedEx says they attempted delivery, but no one rang my bell or called. There’s security downstairs and an intercom system. And the person I got on the phone after an hour - sounded like he was still in bed!

They lie about deliveries they don’t do and throw expensive packages on the floor. When I asked a driver why, he claims they have insurance and that’s it.
