    Pretty ridiculous that a claim can take 5-7 business days to be approved through @WeAreFarmers auto insurance. Basically guaranteed to be in a rental car another week plus. (Already been 12 days since loss).

    So @WeAreFarmers bought metlife insurance and quickly you realize why big corporations suck. Been on hold for two hours no call back option no human beings to talk to. I will be switching to @geickoo in the morning.

    @WeAreFarmers If you are looking for insurance know that Famers will drop you after a year for exposure management and not try to offer any reasoning behind their decision.

    @shawngorham Shawn, go get a quote from @WeAreFarmers. Have had a great experience with them. Was with State Farm for over 25 years until I switched. Saved $1500 a year on house and a few hundred $ on car insurance. Best tip is to check pricing every 3 years. Anything more than that gets…

    @haveeaircrooks @WeAreFarmers Ugh, good luck! I went to another company. I did get a response from their corporate complaints team saying they had some sort of system glitch where some accounts were removed from autopay so reference that whenever you talk to someone.

    @GetOver09590522 @BEbstyne @WeAreFarmers I had equal custody. My rights were never taken away. McKinley was abducted in violation of the court’s order. I have a 22 yr old whom I raised. His mother wrote a declaration in my favor. Feel free to support abduction and child abuse and a mom who tried to buy our son from me.

    @Storage_Venture @WeAreFarmers When you have premiums swinging 2-4K annually like in your case it’s your highest monthly expense broken down for my frugal life. Also I’ve made 2 offers in the last month to buy out the small brokers I met and corresponded with.

    @WeAreFarmers Hey Farmers - your customer service is trash. After you guys bought out MetLife and jacked up my auto rates over 32%, your customer service reps can neither explain the increase and refuse to work with me on price. Worst insurance experience ever.

    @WeAreFarmers They got an email, no response yet. I called, the operator on the call assured me I'd get the document in 15-30mins. It never came, but that's the service I've come to expect from Farmers. I'll resume my job as part-time Farmers employee tomorrow

    @WeAreFarmers Do NOT get insurance through this company. They will jack your rate up 75 percent in one month with no warning. Please keep looking if you need insurance. There are better and more honest people out there.

    Had been a Metropolitan Home Insurance customer for nearly 30 years. Farmers (@WeAreFarmers ) bought our policy last year and just raised my rate 88% this year. No claims by us. Just told they had a rate increase in TX. Let the shopping begin. #terribleservice #insuranceindustry

    @nosnhojjnoraa @WeAreFarmers Just under ~1.5mo warning (note: our yard doesn't and hasn't had debris in it... Assuming the aerial company they use has poor mapping to actual lots and confused another property with ours)

    @WeAreFarmers It is very disheartening to hear from @WeAreFarmers adjuster that they will not approve a claim against a homeowner that shot me, but if I had been bit by a dog they would approve it. How does this make any sense? Millions spent sponsoring sporting events but not victims.

    @Panarin_Kirill @WeAreFarmers There's also no automated way to submit the photos online, no guidance on what need to be included, no discussion of what their definition of debris even is, etc... Like, if you're going to go and lose the business of multiple policies over your bad use of bad data - do with care

    @WeAreFarmers with an absolutely terrible homeowners insurance renewal experience. Been with them a long time. Renewal is 56% higher than last period (no claims in my time with them). Reach out to agent. Told to pull credit. Now renewal is "only" 40% higher???? Makes no sense.
