I did get a response from their corporate complaints team saying they had some sort of system glitch where some accounts were removed from autopay so reference that whenever you talk to someone.

I have a 22 yr old whom I raised. His mother wrote a declaration in my favor. Feel free to support abduction and child abuse and a mom who tried to buy our son from me.

Renewal is 56% higher than last period (no claims in my time with them). Reach out to agent. Told to pull credit. Now renewal is "only" 40% higher???? Makes no sense.
