I didn't even receive any feedback. They just closed the ticket right away, marking it as "resolved." I still can't log into my account. I write ticket to the US support and they in few minutes give a feedback message. Now I'm waiting for further developments regarding this suspension.

In some cases it's hard to determine who is who. Say they get kicked out for not "being a friend" to be able to see the user name.... TERRIBLE!
