    Once again, it’s been two days with no Internet service and @Xfinity seems to not care. Luckily I was able to schedule a technician to come help later on. I truly hope you’re going to give credits and refunds for these outages you don’t want to own up to @Xfinity @comcastcares

    @Xfinity I cancelled my services 2 months ago and I got a bill. Then I spent 8 minutes on the automatic operator , and finally got an agent. I’d answer your customer service survey as a big fat zero

    @honowskiv2 @dreageekgirl Also she is an independent contractor meaning she can right off just about anything. I stream and am an independent contractor for att and comcast. I literally write off everything down to haircuts.

    @Xfinity @ILCommerceComm why was my internet out again for two hours today, Friday, October 16, 2020? This happens at least once a month, bugs me and upsets my employer. You never apologize either. Per your website there was a “service outage”. I’m on Christa Dr, Naperville, IL

    @comcast and others had launched programs for low cost laptops and service but service doesn’t reach these areas. @SpaceXStarlink may be an option if available but it puts the local company out where jobs are needed most.

    @comcast @comcastcares Is the worst Internet provider from a service and support standard. 23 days out of 30 we had crap service. Over 5 outages in a month. I added a business line hoping for better service and after 7 days on the plan, another outage today. 😡

    While the dust from the AT&T/Discovery deal has yet to settle, I can't help think what comes next for the new Warner/Discovery company. Would acquiring a broadcast network make sense? CBS/Viacom and Fox seem like such smaller entities now compared to Comcast/NBC and Disney/ABC.

    @Xfinity there has been so many problems with MLB Extra Innings this year it’s not even funny. I’m about to ask for my money back and just get the full season of @MLBTV . All other channels have been fine.

    @alexaphilippou If Xfinity and Scripps don't reach an agreement a huge swath of fans will not be able 2 watch the Friday night doubleheaders on ION. That is a HUGE problem that the WNBA needs 2 address. Last thing they need as their popularity increases is 2 have limited TV coverage. Needs a fix

    @JBalooka I paid like 50 bucks for the Xfinity upgrade CHSN and Marquee package (they cant be separated) I watch games on a smart TV that does not have a cable box attached. So I installed the CHSN app on that tv and sign into it with my Xfinity account. and it's just terrible
