XFi app is minimally helpful. @Xfinity needs to explain to me & my 6 teenagers why their internet connection sucks tonight. I even called and talk to someone to an agent who temporarily fixed it. Now it is down. Again.

I’ve ATT fiber for 2 years pretty perfect but today I’ve been without Internet for 8 hours and no one is giving me an answer as to when the service is coming back.
