We have 4 kids doing school from home. Along with Scouts, Dance, work, etc..online, apparently we used up our allotment. Way to take advatage of bad situation!!

Finally switched back two weeks ago and it’s already the same stuff. WiFi out and I can’t understand any of the customer service reps because they barely speak English

I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, which didn’t work. He keeps wanting me to enter my password, then it just goes right back to the password page. HELP!!
